The ADL 3 Auto Duct Production Line 3 is a high-efficiency, fully automatic CNC integrated air duct production line specifically developed for HVAC ventilation duct manufacturing facilities. It automatically transforms coiled galvanized steel into ready-to-assemble plug-in rectangular duct blanks in a single, continuous workflow.
Featuring high automation, rapid changeover cycles, and consistent accuracy, it eliminates manual layout, shearing, and corner-notching, significantly boosting daily duct production while saving both labor and floor space.
Workstations & Integrated Functions
- Electric Coil Decoiler: Equipped with dual coil holders (2 sets of expanding cores), driven by independent frequency-controlled motors for synchronized uncoiling.
- Multi-Functional Main Machine: Combines material leveling, structural grooving/beading, notching (sharp notch and TDF flange notch), and accurate hydraulic shearing.
- Integrated Sheet Folding Unit: Supports standard flat plate shearing or automated “L”-section bending ready for TDC/TDF seam closing.
- CNC Touchscreen Controller: Taiwan Yonghong computerized control system with intuitive software (customizable with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC systems upon request).
