Versatile Flange Compatibility: Directly outputs complete rectangular ducts supporting both TDF common plate flange and angle iron flange connections, compatible with TDC plug-in flanges.
Industrial Grade Precision: Driven by Taiwan Yonghong CNC touchscreen control (upgradeable to Mitsubishi/Siemens), paired with Cr12MoV vacuum-quenched forming rollers and H13 shearing blades.

The Auto Duct Line U5 (ADL 5U Series) is a cutting-edge, fully automatic CNC rectangular air duct manufacturing system designed with an optimized modular U-shape architecture. By folding the production pathway into a compact footprint, it maximizes factory floor efficiency while coordinating multiple workstations to run simultaneously at high speeds.
From raw coil steel to complete four-sided rectangular ducts with formed seams and flanges, the entire cycle is completed without intermediate manual handling, drastically reducing labor costs and ensuring consistent dimensional precision.

- Electric Decoiler Racks: Driven by independent frequency-controlled motors, supporting 4 sets of coils with automated switching.
- Leveling, Grooving & Notching Unit: High-precision roller leveling, reinforcing beading, sharp notching, TDF slotting, and angle flange punching.
- Multifunctional Pittsburgh Lock Forming: High-accuracy roll forming station for solid seams and seamless corner assembly.
- Servo Transfer & Duplex TDF Flange Station: Dual-sided high-speed roll forming unit for common-plate TDF flange fabrication.
- Hydraulic TDF Folding Station: Automated sheet positioning for quick 90-degree folding into complete rectangular duct profiles.
