Overview & Universal Flange Production
The Automatic TDC Flange Forming Machine is one of the primary systems for global universal duct flange manufacturing. It is particularly suitable for producing connection flanges for large cross-section rectangular ventilation ducts, delivering superior airtight sealing, high connection rigidity, and rapid installation.
The production line primarily consists of an automatic decoiler rack, a multi-station roll forming body, an automated sizing cut-off unit, and a receiving run-out table, effectively reducing raw material waste and saving substantial workshop labor costs.
Flange Profiles & Automated Cut-Off System
Standard models are configured to produce 4 international flange types according to cross-sectional duct dimensions and rigidity requirements:
- TDC-20 (PDT-20): 20 mm flange height for small-to-medium ventilation ducts (0.8 mm sheet thickness).
- TDC-30 (PDT-30): 30 mm flange height for medium-to-large duct spans (1.0 mm sheet thickness).
- TDC-35 (PDT-35): 35 mm flange height offering reinforced structural rigidity.
- TDC-40 (PDT-40): 40 mm heavy-duty industrial flange profile for high-pressure systems (1.2 mm sheet thickness).
- High-Speed Sizing Cut-Off: Features automatic saw blade or hydraulic cut-off with minimal burrs for fast, direct duct corner cleat assembly.
